I was very happy to find these replacement packs, now I can have some freezing and use them every other day. If I forgot to put them in the freezed they wouldn't be ready in time. This way I can alternate them. Glad that they sell them and they came very quickly too. Would buy from this seller again.

When I tried to use this ice pack in my C-20 feeder, it seemed to be too big by less than a quarter inch. I contacted the sellers who told me I had a slightly older version of the C-20 which is why it didn't work. They were very apologetic and offered a refund. Because I found no alternative products, I threw the ice packs in the freezer and decided to give it one more shot. To my amazement, when frozen, the ice packs expanded in such a way that they actually fit into the feeder with just a little push. Now that they're working, I love the two I own and plan to buy more.

I was so thankful to be able to order replacement ice packs for my cat's new auto-feeder! He figured out how to get into his old feeder and punctured the ice pack, so I bought a new auto-feeder that will stay closed, and it had a section for the same kind of ice pack, but it didn't come with one. I didn't realize until I started looking for a new ice pack to use with it that it's not sold separately at stores, so I'm thankful to Martha's Pet Place for selling them through Amazon.
