Great addition to series...just not on Kindle. July 14, 2010 L. Nguyen (Toronto, Ontario, CA) This book is a great add on to anyone who has read the other books in the series. It provides inside looks into the lives of the brothers, a novella about Bella and Z and other great little extras. It reads exactly like a series of interviews with the brothers and also provides an interesting snapshot of JR Ward's writing process in coming up with the series.
My MAJOR complaint with this title is that whoever transfered this into Kindle format must not have looked at it at all. While some of the book is in normal font, the "meat" of the book - the interviews with the brothers - are in tiny, lighter font that cannot be adjusted. I can see what the author was trying trying to go for in print format - to make it look like a transcription of the actual interview - but in Kindle format it is terrible and next to impossible to read. This is why it didn't get more of a rating from me.
This is a must read for any fan of the series - but I recommend you save yourself the eye strain and get it a physical copy of it.
Love, love, love this series!! July 13, 2010 Beth Shelton (SAINT ROBERT, MO, US) This series has another unique approach to the vampire world, intriguing and refreshing. I am just sad that I have read all of this series thus far and have to wait for the next installment. I have read several vampire series and highly recommend this to adults. This is not entirely appropriate for teens as their are some definite love scenes, which are also very well written.
A must-read for lovers of the Brothers! July 8, 2010 Ariane I haven't finished it yet, however, have enjoyed every minute of it so far. The forum transcripts are hilarious and touching. The story "Father Mine" alone is worth buying the book for.If you're into the series, you WON'T be disappointed!
Funny but not worth the $10.20 July 6, 2010 bearboo2 (CA, United States) The interviews and the online dialogue between the characters is funny material, and the short little novella about Z and Bella was an enjoyable read. However, $10.20 is a complete rip off, esp. since this is the kind of "extras" that most writers post for free on their websites. And unlike the books, it's not something I would want own in order to re-read.
Amazing! July 2, 2010 TigerEyez1487 This is yet another amazing addition to to the series! "Father Mine" Is excellent. Of course Z IS my favorite character!
